Someone on TikTok recommended this book after the most recent fatality at Glacier National Park and WOW!!! finished this in 3 hours. Incredibly infuriating account of two separate bear attacks in Glacier National Park happening hours apart on August 13, 1967, and the conditions that led to the perfect storm. Park mismanagement, hubris, and garden variety human stupidity. The human desire to kill and pretend it's about safety!!!! I HATE IT HERE!!!!
